Our priority is your safety, and the safety of our team so that we may properly care for you. By following the safety recommendations of the Maine CDC, AAAA, and the local and state governments we can provide exceptional care while mitigating the risk of COVID-19 exposure.

Here is an outline of what to expect when attending your upcoming appointment:

Prior to your appointment, a member of our team will reach out to ensure you are feeling well and review our new appointment protocol. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms we will reschedule your appointment.

Fever greater than 100.0 degrees)
Persistent cough
Shortness of breath
Sore throat
Recently diminished sense of taste or smell
Flu-like symptoms (chills, body aches, headaches)
On the day of your appointment please arrive alone. We are not able to accommodate visitors; the exception will be should you need physical assistance or are undergoing a surgical procedure that requires transportation.

Please text or call our office at (207) 213-1867 when you have arrived for your appointment. Do not come into our office. A member from our team will let you know when to enter the office. We are ensuring time for sanitization and minimizing waiting room congestion to best provide physical distancing.

Please note that in addition to the elevator there are two staircases to take you to the third floor and we will be propping doors open to provide a smooth entrance.

Hand sanitizing stations will be available. Should you desire to wear a mask you will need to bring one.

A member of our team will take your temperature, and you will be required to sign a consent prior to proceeding with any appointment.

Virtual Consultations are available if you prefer to conference in the comfort of your home.
