Landyn is one of Maine Plastic Surgery Center’s valued Medical Assistants. Before joining the team in July 2017, she worked as the Medical Assistant for the director of Maine Medical Partners and, prior to that, worked for an Osteopathic doctor at his private practice. From a young age, she has always been passionate about helping others and for the beauty industry. With education at her forefront, Landyn wanted to continue to strive for her goals of becoming an aesthetic nurse where she could combine her two passions into one. She is currently finishing her nursing degree at Maine College of Health Professions in Lewiston, Maine. At the office, Landyn works as Dr. Daniel’s medical assistant and is the familiar face for all of his patients. From the moment the patient schedules their surgery through the pre operative appointments, in the operating room, and for post operative care, she is there for the whole process. This approach provides the patients with a sense of comfort and makes them feel like a part of our family here. Being that hand to hold and seeing the patient’s excitement after surgery is what she loves most about her job. Outside of work, Landyn has a four year old daughter Lacey who she loves spending all of her time with, along with her teacup Maltese, Daisie.
Ellen joined the Plastic Surgery Center in March of 2011 shortly after completing her degree in Applied Science at Kaplan University. Seeing the smiles on the patients faces, after their healing is complete, is so rewarding to her.
